Nexiflo Eye Drops contain Moxifloxacin 0.5%, a broad-spectrum fluoroquinolone antibiotic that delivers rapid and effective relief from bacterial conjunctivitis and other external eye infections.

Moxifloxacin inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, essential enzymes for bacterial DNA replication and repair.
This dual-target mechanism provides rapid bactericidal action and minimizes the development of resistance.
It is effective against Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Haemophilus influenzae, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.

Occasionally, mild and transient effects may occur, such as:

Severe allergic reactions are extremely rare but require immediate medical attention.

• Instill 1 drop into the affected eye(s) 2–3 times daily or as directed by the physician.

• Continue treatment for at least 5–7 days, depending on infection severity.

• For post-surgical use, follow ophthalmologist’s advice regarding duration.
