Pangen 40 is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) indicated for the management of acid-related gastrointestinal disorders.
It provides rapid, sustained acid suppression, offering effective relief in GERD, peptic ulcers, erosive esophagitis, and stress-related mucosal damage in critically ill patients.
With its excellent tolerability and once-daily dosing convenience, Pangen 40 is a reliable solution for both hospital and outpatient settings.

  • Fast Acid Control – Provides rapid relief from gastric hyperacidity
  • Mucosal Protection – Promotes healing of ulcers and erosions
  • Hospital-Grade Reliability – Ideal for post-surgical and ICU patients

Pantoprazole selectively inhibits the H⁺/K⁺ ATPase enzyme system in gastric parietal cells, blocking the final step of acid production.
This leads to long-lasting suppression of gastric acid secretion, providing effective symptom relief and ulcer healing.
